Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the leather goods in their original protective dust bags and packaging to prevent scratches or damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
