How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that for handcrafted or personalized items, there is an additional processing time of 2-3 days before the item is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-embossed or personalized leather goods are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather goods?
To maintain the longevity of your items, we recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to prevent the leather from drying or staining.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Saddle Leather Goods products are backed by a lifetime warranty on stitching and hardware. If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
